Yoga Club

We hope to create a community within/for the university that focuses on the betterment of mental, physical, and spiritual health. Each meeting or event is focused, in some way, on this goal; whether its through our free weekly yoga sessions or through other events such as sharing circles, crafting hours, movie and snack nights, ecstatic dances, nature walks, etc.. Our aim is to be an outlet for individuals in our community to decompress from things troubling them, connect to others with similar goals and interests, and become more aligned with the best version of themselves.
