Welcome to the U-Wall

On your long sojourns up and down our beloved Hill, you may have noticed a white steel monolith perched beside the path, casting its radiant glow in the bright, dancing sunlight glinting off the Library.

Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce you to the U-Wall.  Now, I know what you are thinking:  "The U-Wall? Really? Is that the best name that they could come up with?"  To which I would reply, "Yes. Yes, it is."  In fact, the clever name (if you look closely, you will see that it shards the same proportions as the top of the University Hall) of the U-Wall actually speaks volumes about its purpose.

The U-Wall is the University of Lethbridge's first fully interactive art exhibit, which anyone -- even you -- can create on.  On its smooth, flat surfaces, you will find a perfect medium for expression.

Do you have an event that every student on campus should know about?  Do you have a statement about your University experience?  Are you an artist looking for a public showcase for your work?  Are you a Res student, bored in your dorm?  Do you have strange affinity for aerosolized mixtures of binding agents, pigments and solvents?  If the answer is 'yes' to any of these questions, then the U-Wall is for you.

Actually, in all seriousness, anyone can use the U-Wall.  It was developed so that students can keep their finger on the 'pulse' of the campus; whether it is promoting events, satirizing political events, mimicking favorite artists, or creating amazing original graffiti, the U-Wall can be your canvas.

Be sure to take advantage of it!
